JDA Donates Design Work for Worthy Causes What attracted us to HugsAmerica was its ability to create successful grassroots efforts in local communities, and these two projects had special appeal and profound possibilities.
After completing the two identities, we wanted to help give the HugsAmerica Web site more presence on the Internet. The existing site could represent all of the charities more effectively, so we dedicated additional time to refreshing its look, pacing, readability and navigation.
HugsAmerica supervises the screening, authorization and connection with popular music, television and motion picture celebrities and sports personalities who bring "star power" to hometown charities. Their appearances at certified and endorsed events help build public awareness through high-profile publicity and media exposure. JDA along with many other local and national businesses such as Avis, Lowe’s, Best Buy and Croton, have given their time, products, and services to help support the many charities of HugsAmercica and we were happy and proud to help and to be in such good company. Lauren Lucia-Smith shared the following compliment with us: “We have been waiting for a couple of years to find the right designers for the HugsAmerica multi-page Web site, but never did we expect to be lucky enough to find such a quality team for turning our ideas into a great presentation of information and images.
